When I entered college up until I finished BSME, I never bothered my mom financially on my academic needs because she already has lot of dues in her hands in supporting our family. I became independent and resourceful in finding ways to sustain my financial needs such as tuition fees, food allowances, etc. Before I graduated in college, I knew that I was facing yet another challenge: review for the board exam. I knew that it would require a reasonable amount of budget to set myself in a review center, rent a boarding house and food allowance, so I tried to search the internet if there is an alternative way of reviewing for the board exam. My advice for the next generations of Mechanical Engineers is to always believe that there are no such unsolvable problems that can hinder one from becoming what he really dreams of becoming. Always put your faith in God in every step of the way. Think of Him every time you face a problem because there is no problem which He cannot solve.　 Do not get intimidated by others and instead focus on how you can improve yourself. Put all your effort in studying for the boards and don’t lose focus in your schedule. There is nothing wrong in trying that much because the end result is something that you've been dreaming to achieve: to be officially called an Engineer!

Looking back, I remember how I love browsing through your site and how much I love learning and re-learning things. With numerous topics covered for the board exam, I cannot decide which subject and topic to begin with. Then I was told by my friend about mechreview.com where we initially explored the free tutorial videos. Watching those tutorials, I found how informative each videos were andwe decided enroll with the review partner promo. 

The video lectures are good way of starting a topic because the theories are discussed well. The modules are organized well per topic which keeps my review complete in a gradual progress. Just stick to the schedule you have set, but balance it with work and family. Never doubt yourself and be confident in passing the board exams. Most of all, keep your faith in God, it is Him who will give us the strength to do all things.

I graduated in 1994, due to poverty I was forced to work right after my graduation. During my first try, I only managed to do my review during weekends, and because of my irregular schedules, I was not able to finish the whole review which, I believed, resulted to my failure in the board exam.

Since then, my goal was still burning inside of me, na makukuha ko din yung title na ENGINEER sa tamang panahon, pero dahil nawala na lahat ang aking mga notes hindi ko alam kung paano at saan ako mag-uumpisa para mag review, kaya nag focus muna ulit ako sa work. Lumipas ang maraming taon, I have worked in different places in the Philippines, then I decided to work abroad (in Dubai, UAE, then KSA) when the opportunity came.

Kailangan talaga ng disiplina sa sarili, the whole entire review program were organized and understandable from simple to complicated topics, problem solving, video lectures, etc. Thumbs up!!!

I am working in a reputable Engineering Consulting Firm in Saudi Arabia. I have a good job position and earning decent salary, but I felt that passing the ME board examination is still missing in my career. I took the board examinations for many times, but I failed again and again. The challenges I encountered in reviewing was I don't have the luxury of time to attend review sessions because I am working and with many responsibilities in my Company.  I browsed and checked popular review centers in the Philippines but unfortunately they don't offer online review. I continued my search in the internet and I found mechreview.com. I inquired and enrolled to begin my review starting from scratch.

The challenge I had was to adjust from the difficulties of being an OFW. I was able to succeed because of God and the support of my family. My family is the main reason why I keep on going, pursue what I want to be in the unforeseen future. There were some point that I felt helpless and starting to doubt myself. What I asked God, was to give me the courage and desire to finish what I started and learn to believe in myself that I CAN DO IT.

I found mechreview.com from browsing the internet looking for an on-line review. Ito ang set-up na gusto ko para di maapektuhan ang trabaho ko at di ko kelangang mag-travel. It was already 18 years since I graduated from "Sintang paaralan..." and had my first try of the exam. But still, I stayed on my plan.

During the review, came the holiday season, work stress was always there and some self and family issues made me lose my focus. Una sa lahat sir, thank you sa mga weekly exams, which helped me stay focused and on schedule, despite my busy working hours and take note I am working on shifts, I created a schedule based on the syllaby provided by PRC, in which I choose which one to prioritize, from there I did not cram because I know what I needed to study first, the challenge here is that how can i balance my work, studying and plus the fact that we are in Saudi Arabia and given that my family are here and they cannot go alone outside without me so I needed to take care of them, but that did not stop me in pursuing my life long dream of passing the Mechanical Engineering exam. Though it was hard because its hard to serve two masters at a time, it is even harder because I served three masters while preparing for the exam.
